Seller Agreement

This applies in addition to the Terms of Service once you list anything, free or paid.

What you're promising

That you made what you're uploading, or that you have the rights to distribute it. That it contains no malware and nothing that collects data from the people who download it without telling them. That any third-party assets, engines, music or fonts inside it are ones you're licensed to redistribute — and that you've checked, rather than assumed.

If someone tells me your listing infringes their rights, I may remove it while I look into it, and I'll tell you who complained and what about.

Fees and what you keep

Current fees are at /fees and are always shown to you before you publish and on every sale. They're deliberately not repeated here so the two can't disagree.

Two come out of each sale: my platform fee, and the payment processor's charge, which is passed to you exactly as charged with nothing added. Buyers pay the listed price. Free listings carry no fee at all.

I may change fees. I'll tell you before a change applies, and it applies only to sales made after it takes effect — what you earned on past sales is fixed at the rates that were in force then.

Getting paid

Each sale becomes payable after a hold period, so refunds and disputes land before the money leaves. Once your available balance is over the threshold, it goes out in the next monthly run. Balances below it roll forward. The current hold and threshold are at /fees.

You'll need to complete my payment processor's identity checks before any payout can be sent. That's their requirement, not mine, and I can't complete it for you.

Refunds reverse the sale. My fee comes back to you in full; the processing charge is generally not returned by the processor, so that cost stays with the sale. If refunds take your balance below zero, the difference carries forward against future earnings.

You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn here. I'm not able to advise you on that.

Ending it

You can unpublish or delete your listings whenever you like. People who already bought keep their purchase, their licence key, and their right to use what they bought.

I may remove a listing that breaks these terms or the Terms of Service. If I remove one, buyers keep their purchase record and key, but the files may stop being available for download.
